Drawing space with friction plate

We have developed a demo model of a rollertop mattop conveyor that can be used to simulate various applications.
This model is specifically designed to demonstrate how a controlled product flow with fixed gaps can be achieved.

The system is equipped with a friction plate under the belt deck.
The wheels in the deck make contact with this, allowing products to be accelerated and thus draw blanks.
By temporarily stopping and allowing individual boxes to move, users can make controlled deliveries to their cobot or robot.

This is an ideal and compact solution to demonstrate the capabilities of this technology in a hands-on environment.
The demo model is available on request and can be loaned to cobot and robot partners for demonstrations and trade shows.
