Pallet chain conveyors

The pallet chain conveyors are used for lateral transport of pallets of up to 1,500 kg per meter. When both full and half pallets need to be transported, chain conveyors with three tracks can be used.

Terms of application

The pallet chain conveyors are used to transport pallets of up to 1,500 kg per meter. Partly due to the modular construction, any desired pallet chain conveyor can be created. To use the BCK pallet chain conveyors, your application must meet the following conditions to guarantee a long service life:

Environment: Dry and clean to lightly soiled

Load: Max. 1.500 kg/meter

Speed: Max. 12 m/min

Chain type: 3/4" or 1" roller chain

The pallet chain conveyors can be divided into two types, namely pallet chain conveyors with 2 chains and pallet chain conveyors with 3 chains. The pallet chain conveyors are used for lateral transport of pallets up to 1,500 kg per meter. When both full and half pallets need to be transported, three-rail chain conveyors can be used. Due in part to their modular design, any desired pallet chain conveyor can be created.
