Aluminium mattop conveyor type C83

If a moist environment is not involved or stainless steel is not required, a mattop conveyor with aluminium frame can be applied. The BCK aluminium mattop conveyors type C83 is modular and often forms the basis of various production automations.

Terms of application

The C83 mattop conveyor is the most economical mattop conveyor in its class. This versatile mattop conveyor has many variants and to use the C83 mattop conveyor, your application should meet the following conditions to ensure a long service life:

Load: Max. 1.000 kg

Speed: Max. 60 m/min

Roller / sprocket diameter: Ø15 / Ø83 / Ø102 / Ø165 mm

The C83 mattop conveyor has its own profile and is designed from experiences of our users. The T-slots in the C83 profile are designed so that standard fasteners can be tilted in from the side. This means that various components (such as side guides or photocells) can easily be fitted to the frame by us or the customer after delivery. The T-slots can also be sealed later with a plastic sealing profile.

By standardisation, the mattop conveyors type C83 are available in various widths. Partly due to the modular concept, it is possible to make various versions such as a flat aluminium mattop conveyor, elevator, feeding belt conveyor, bunker conveyor, articulated conveyor or Z conveyor.
