Pallet conveyor systems
BCK Holland has a wide range of conveyor systems to transport pallets (or similar heavy products or product carriers). A pallet transport system has rollers or chain as product carrier. The BCK pallet conveyor systems have a modular structure. As a result, BCK Holland B.V. is able to supply customised systems with standard components. The product or layout often determines whether it should be a roller or chain conveyor.
Types of pallet conveyors
BCK's range of pallet conveyor systems can be divided into powered pallet roller conveyors, pallet chain conveyors, pallet rotary tables and gravity pallet roller conveyors. See below for part of our range:
Pallet roller conveyors
The pallet roller conveyors are used for transporting pallets of up to 1,500 kg per metre. Partly due to the modular construction, any desired pallet roller conveyor can be created.
Environment: Dry and clean to lightly soiled
Load: Max. 1.500 kg/meter
Speed: Max. 16 m/min
Roller diameter: Ø80 mm
Pallet chain conveyors
The pallet chain conveyors are used for lateral transport of pallets of up to 1,500 kg per metre. When both full and half pallets need to be transported, chain conveyors with three tracks can be used.
Environment: Dry and clean to lightly soiled
Load: Max. 1.500 kg/meter
Speed: Max. 12 m/min
Chain type: 3/4" or 1" roller chain
