Lowered pallet conveyor with ramp

BCK Holland has realised a lowered pallet conveyor specifically adapted for use with hand-operated pallet trucks. The conveyor is fitted with a ramp, making it easy to drive the pallet truck onto and off the conveyor.

The attached video shows how this system works in practice.

The biggest challenge with this project was the height: we had to ensure that the pallet track was low enough for a hand pallet truck to operate without any problems. Although we started from our standard pallet conveyor, we customised it to meet the customer's specific requirements. The result is an efficient solution that responds perfectly to the demand for ease of use and accessibility.
