Our client faced a challenging logistics problem: efficiently transferring crates from one roller conveyor to another. Traditional transfers were not adequate due to their limited length. The customer needed a solution that could move crates within the specified dimensions.

Our Solution

We pride ourselves on using our standard systems to arrive at a customised solution that perfectly met the customer's needs. In our demonstration video, you can see how we integrated our standard roller conveyors and timing belts into a unique conveyor system. The roller conveyors and timing belts are standard components, but the lifting system was fully customised to meet the customer's specific requirements. In addition, we custom-built both systems together to ensure seamless operation.
