Aligning products with rollertop mattop conveyor

A partner of BCK operating in the labelling/coding industry was looking for a conveyor system to align products first to the right for one labelling machine and then to the left for the second labelling machine. 

We achieved this with a mattop conveyor with Active Rollertop chain incorporating two N60 belt conveyors to activate the balls. This pushes the products against the side guide, transporting them right past the labelling machine.

To give both the partner and end customer an idea of the concept in advance, BCK Holland made a composition drawing of the BCK conveyor with our partner's labelling machines.
