Turning and aligning products

A partner of BCK operating in the labelling/coding industry was looking for a conveyor system to turn and align products before transporting the product past an inkjet printer for coding.

We achieved this using a turning cam combined with adjustable side guides. Products are fed through an existing conveyor system, hit the turning cam, turn 90° and are aligned by means of side guides. The adjustability of the side guide allows an employee to easily switch to a different product size.

To give both the partner and end customer an idea of the concept in advance, BCK Holland made an assembly drawing of the BCK conveyor belt with our partner's coding unit. 

The total system was assembled and tested together with our partner in the BCK workshop.
