Packing station for packaging

We have been commissioned by a partner in the packaging industry to create a workstation where employees can inspect and package products in an efficient and ergonomic manner.

For this workstation we have combined our belt conveyors with mat top conveyors and roller conveyors. The belt conveyors provide for the straight and possibly ascending transport of the products and boxes. Mattop conveyors have been used to realize transport through curves for the boxes.

Products are delivered to the employee via stainless steel chutes on which the products are buffered. In addition, an empty box is delivered via its own route. After inspection, the employee can place the products in the cardboard box. When the box is full, it is released by the clamping system and eventually transported to a box sealer of our partner.

The entire workplace can be adjusted to the wishes of the employee, making ergonomic working possible for everyone.
