BCK Holland has a wide range of conveyor systems that form the basis for solving most conveyor problems in production or logistics. BCK Holland's products are modular so that customised production can be achieved.

Belt conveyors

Belt conveyors

A belt conveyor, also called a conveyor belt, is a conveyor system with belt material as the product carrier. The belt material is tensioned so that the drive drum grips the belt material. A belt conveyor is mainly used to move a product from A to B automatically. A belt conveyor is also used to transport products in progress past workers, robots, production machines or other packaging machines. The BCK belt conveyors have a modular construction, which enables BCK Holland B.V. to deliver custom-made products with standard components. The application often determines whether it should be an aluminium or a stainless steel belt conveyor.

Mattop conveyors

A mattop conveyor, also called a chain conveyor, modular belt or mat conveyor, is a conveyor system with a modular link belt as product carrier. A modular link belt consists of several plastic links linked together by a pin. A modular link belt is not tensioned and is driven by single sprockets. Mattop conveyors with a modular belt have the advantage that they can transport more weight than belt conveyors and that often a straight section can be combined with a curve in 1 system. This avoids transitions and saves drives. The application often determines whether it should be an aluminium or a stainless steel mattop conveyor.

Roller conveyors

Roller conveyors

A roller conveyor is a transport system with rollers as the product carrier. A roller conveyor is mainly used to move a product from A to B manually, automatically or by gravity. Not all products can be transported on a roller conveyor. They are mainly products with a solid carrier surface where the pitch of the rollers is tailored to the smallest product. The products are usually boxes and crates. The BCK roller conveyors have a modular structure. As a result, BCK Holland B.V. is able to supply customised products with standard components. The application often determines whether it should be a gravity or a powered roller conveyor.

Timing belt conveyors

A BCK timing belt conveyor is a conveyor system with a timing belt as product carrier. Due to the toothing there can be no slippage and a timing belt conveyor is extremely suitable for conveying products or product carriers that need to be positioned during the production process. If there are several tracks, it also has the advantage that there is no speed difference between the different tracks and thus the product or product carrier does not twist on the various tracks.

Pallet conveyor systems

Pallet conveyor systems

BCK Holland has a wide range of conveyor systems to transport pallets (or similar heavy products or product carriers). A pallet conveyor system has rollers or chain as product carrier. The BCK pallet conveyor systems have a modular structure. As a result, BCK Holland B.V. is able to supply customised systems with standard components. The product or layout often determines whether it should be a roller or chain conveyor.

Stainless steel buffer tables

The BCK buffer tables, also called stainless steel turntables, are usually placed at the end of a production process for buffering products such as jars, cans, bottles, etc. The buffer tables are made of stainless steel as standard and are available with a blade diameter of 900 / 1,250 / 1,500 mm. The blade is also driven directly by the motor. This eliminates the need for chains and belts.

Curved conveyors

Curved conveyors

A curved conveyor, also called a round belt conveyor or bend conveyor, is used to change the transport direction of a product in a production process. By using a curved belt conveyor in a production line, the position of the product is maintained, fragile products (flowers, chocolate, biscuits, dough, etc.) are not damaged, production space can be saved or obstacles are avoided. Every application is unique and also places its specific requirements on a curve conveyor. Kramer & Duyvis (sister company of BCK Holland) produces various types of customised bend conveyors and can therefore meet your requirements in almost all cases.

Components / spare parts

Components or spare parts are often used to extend or repair the purchased BCK conveyor system.
